We pride ourselves on our delivery service

Introduction

Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the items being ordered. The delivery charge is automatically calculated as items are added to the order and is shown at the bottom of the basket.

Delivery Costs & Times

The majority of items are sent by next working day courier. Deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please Note: VAT has to be charged on the courier delivery charge.

All courier deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

Please Note: We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland. If you enter a postcode that is not UK mainland we will contact you to arrange further delivery charges

We will supply to the Channel Islands but our carrier charges will increase - please enter for example Jersey / Guernsey under the Country drop down tab. All deliveries to Islands and Highlands will take slightly longer

Availability Guide When the availability of an item is stated as 'in stock’ it means the item is in stock and will be despatched within 1-2 working days. If a product needs to be manufactured it will still show as in stock but may take slightly longer to despatch. Unless authorised by you we will despatch all of your order in one consignment once it is complete. We will always try to despatch any order as soon as we can.

Specially Manufactured Products

If we are manufacturing an item that is especially for you we may well ask you to confirm the item specification before we commence manufacture. ( This will ensure that we will supply the exact product you require )

Delivery Problems

All deliveries should be examined carefully as soon as they arrive. Any damages or shortages should be reported immediately on 01454 323675

We have also delivered products the same day either by our own transport or by using same day couriers.
